Established in 1960, we are food designers of ready dishes and patisserie products of up  market quality. We are specialized in the supply to larger kitchens of 5 Star Hotels,  Casinos, Restaurants, leading Delicatessen (DJ) and the main Hospitals of Adelaide.

Having been a regular supplier to a large national chain of hotels interstate, we are presently looking for an agent in W.A. and Victoria to be the sole agents for their respective states.

Savouries

  • Tartelettes and Quiches - 6 different sizes, 17 different kinds. 
     
  • LETOSA Dishes - Slabs of Zucchini Frittatas, also Garden Vegetables, Tuna, Pumpkin.

Cakes

  • Austrian Style Crumbles - Apricot, Apple and Blueberry, Small, medium and slabs of Tray size.( 40 x 60 cm, 7 kg approximately )
     
  • Apple pie in Slab size only.
     
  • Baked Cheese Cakes without pastry - Lemon, Blueberry and Mango in slabs of 2.5 kg and in Patty pans of 90 gr approximately
     
  • Almondeens - with Choco Chips,and a Walnut Almondeen.


All our products can be frozen and defrosted when required without any negative result in flavour and texture. All products are delivered in freezer bags.
